Click to download the application. Please complete it and email it to tnichols@ccrdc.org or mail it to the Cornerstone Conference Ministry Center at P.O Box 150, Browns Summit, NC 27214. You will also need to pay the enrollment fee of $225. Please mail this with your application or call to pay over the phone.

Once you have submitted the School of Ministry Student Enrollment form and your CCIPHC Ministerial Credentialing Application has been received, you will be sent a link via email to log into Canvas and access your courses through Lion's Place.
