Man Hiking in Nature

Vision Statement

The vision of the Cornerstone Conference Men’s Ministry is to assist every congregation in developing an effective Men’s Ministry.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to build men’s faith, relationships and ministry, through resources we obtain, events we produce and ongoing leadership development. Create an atmosphere of support, encouragement and prayer for the pastor that is driven by Men’s Ministry. This ministry is about men encountering Jesus Christ and being developed in their faith to be all that Jesus wants them to be.

Core Values

Word of God: We believe in the power and absolute truth of God’s Word. We believe that anointed teaching of and personal study and mediation in, God’s Word renews the mind and transforms lives. This includes equipping and training for the work of ministry.  II Tim. 3:16-17, Romans 12:1-2, I Peter 1:22-23, Hebrews 4:12

  • Family: We believe that the church is called to bring healing to the wounded family. This includes strengthening marriage, encouraging parents, recovery from divorce, ministering to singles, children and youth. Genesis 12:3, Ephesians 5:21-23

  • Community: We believe that the larger community is our responsibility. The church is called to heal the brokenhearted and set the captives free in the power of the Holy Spirit. This includes healing of spirit, soul and body through the Word of God, anointed prayer, counseling and supportive relationships. Matthew 5:35-42, Luke 4:18, Acts 4:29-30

  • Excellence: We believe that Biblical excellence (doing the very best with what God has given) honors God and inspires people. This involves working with a strategic focus and then evaluating and reviewing our actions. Daniel 5:12, Philippians 1:10

  • Prayer: We believe that prayer is one of God’s main ways of preparing His Church to become the end-time Bride. This includes individual, family and corporate prayer. Jeremiah 33:3, James 5:16

  • Relationships: The individual matters to God and to us. Genuine relationships should permeate every part of church life. We are committed to one another and team ministry. John 13:34-35, Ephesians 4:16, Nehemiah 3

  • Character: We believe that we are called to live a life of character, which includes honesty, integrity, humility, meekness, self-discipline, teach ability, perseverance and a servant heart. Luke 5:30-32, Matthew 18:14
