The Cornerstone 2022 Senior Adult Bus Trip rolled out early morning November 14th headed to Music City USA-Nashville, TN. More than 90 seniors on 2 buses representing 11 Cornerstone Conference churches made this annual fall trip!
The group enjoyed the cool fall air, plenty of good food, shopping and shows during the week. The activities included an indoor boat ride in the Gaylord Resort and a Riverboat Dinner Cruise along the Cumberland River. We took a tour of Studio B where Elvis Pressley recorded many of his hit records and were able to spend time at the Country Music Hall of Fame. The highlight of the trip was attending a live performance of The Grand Ole Opry!
Another highlight for the week was the seniors getting to spend time with one another. They enjoyed times of fellowship, talking, laughing, and eating together. Plans for the 2023 Bus Trip are already underway, and we are looking at traveling in October of 2023. Be on the lookout for details early next year. Until then Safe Travels!
