Note the following are the two main upcoming activities for your Royal Rangers and Boys Ministries:
Ranger Kids, Daisies and Prims Field Day: Saturday, 20 May, North Pointe PH Church, High Point: The weekend typically has an overnighter and held the first weekend of June. However, due to schedule conflicts with the scheduled Quadrennial Conference on Saturday, 3 June, the activity this year will be confined to the field day on Saturday and the different location as noted. The theme this year is one of our rotating themes of Frontiersman Camping. We will begin registration around 9am Saturday morning with Frontiersman theme activities continuing through early afternoon ending with lunch and group time of devotion and final group activity. NOTE any and all girls and boys ministries within the kindergarten through second grade are welcome to attend.
2023 National Camporama: Make plans now and reserve the time on your calendars for the 2023 National Camporama to be held 11-15 July 2023 at the Cornerstone Conference Campgrounds for another historical time together!!! The fee is $130 per person. This will cover a Camporama hat, t-shirt, and patch, 8 meals and all the onsite activities. We will not be including the water park this time. Outposts may still go to the waterpark on their own if they choose. More details, registration forms and information, etc. to be completed and distributed soon in early 2023. NOTE all boys ministries if third grade age and older through high school age are welcome to attend even if not a chartered outpost.
Camporama Workers Needed!!! If there are any men (Men’s Ministries, etc.), women (Women’s Ministries, etc. for food service and other task not directly associated with the Camporama activities), Pastors, Youth Pastors, church staff, etc. a minimum of 21 years old, that may interested in serving at the Camporama, please contact Michael Hubbard. If you have specific experience in any area (i.e. firearms for the rifle range, water sports for the lake activities, food service, etc.) or just would like to assist in any area needed, your are more than welcome to be a part of this historical event seeing boy’s loves changed for ever as we see Jesus working in their lives! If you are not available for the entire week, we can use any amount of time you can volunteer. I look forward to hearing from many interested!
