Rooted in Faith, United in Purpose: Annual Conference 2025 Recap

This year’s Cornerstone Conference Annual Conference was a meaningful and memorable weekend marked by worship, connection, and celebration of God’s calling.

The weekend began with our Ministerial Credentialing Service, where we welcomed several newly licensed ministers into the Cornerstone family and celebrated the ordination of one minister. It was a powerful moment of affirmation and encouragement as we recognized the calling and commitment of these leaders.

Saturday morning opened with a short business session, during which we reviewed the State of the Conference report, heard the Treasurer’s Report, and shared in a time of remembrance through the Memoirs, honoring ministers and their spouses who passed away in the previous year. This time of reflection was both sacred and sobering as we gave thanks for their faithful service.

The day continued with corporate worship and spiritual renewal, featuring a keynote message from Dr. Michelle Anthony, Director of The Initiative for Faith and Family. Her message centered on the importance of cultivating strong faith within the family and church, challenging and inspiring us to invest deeply in the next generation.

Following the session, attendees participated in breakout gatherings designed to encourage collaboration and growth among ministry leaders. Pastors, men’s and women’s ministry directors, and kids and student ministry leaders were able to connect with peers, share ideas, and strengthen their ministries through practical insights and encouragement.

We’re grateful for the unity and spirit of encouragement that marked the entire weekend. Thank you to everyone who attended, served, and helped make Annual Conference 2025 such a success. We look forward to all God will continue to do through the Cornerstone Conference!
