Stay Connected: Thrive In Your Calling

Cornerstone Conference IPHC

In today’s rapidly changing ministry landscape, staying spiritually sharp, relationally connected, and practically equipped is more important than ever. As ministers of Cornerstone Conference IPHC, we are not called to serve alone. We are part of a vibrant, resourced, and supportive conference family that exists to help each of us thrive in our calling.

Cornerstone Conference is deeply committed to developing healthy leaders who lead healthy churches. Through intentional connection and ongoing development, we can continue to grow both personally and professionally while strengthening the mission God has entrusted to us.

School of Ministry

The Cornerstone Conference IPHC School of Ministry offers two intentional tracks designed to serve ministers at every stage of their journey.

The online credentialing track provides a convenient, accessible pathway for those who are entering ministry and pursuing ministerial credentials. This format allows emerging leaders to receive strong biblical and practical training while balancing work, family, and local church responsibilities.

In addition, the in-person Equip track creates a dynamic learning environment for new ministers, seasoned leaders, and local teams who want to sharpen their skills and stay current in their ministry approach. Through face-to-face instruction, discussion, and practical application, participants gain tools that strengthen preaching, leadership, discipleship, and church health.

Whether you are stepping into ministry for the first time or refining your effectiveness for the years ahead, these pathways reflect our commitment to raising up well-prepared, Spirit-led leaders within the Cornerstone Conference IPHC.

Investing in continued learning is an investment in the future of your ministry.

Ministerial Continuing Education Program

Growth does not stop at credentialing. Our  Ministerial Continuing Education Program  is designed to help ministers remain current, inspired, and equipped for modern ministry challenges. Be sure to take advantage of the focused learning opportunities provided by the Equip Track, Discipleship, Evangelism, and Hispanic Ministries. The MCEP program encourages lifelong learning and practical application.

Ongoing development ensures that we continue to serve with excellence, integrity, and fresh vision.

Peer Learning Communities

Ministry can sometimes feel isolating—but it was never meant to be. Our Peer Learning

Communities create space for meaningful connection, shared wisdom, and mutual encouragement. These communities allow ministers to learn from one another, pray together, and process real-life ministry challenges in a safe and supportive environment.

When we walk together, we grow stronger together.

Mentoring Ministry Opportunities

One of the most powerful ways we develop as leaders is through mentoring relationships.

Our Mentoring Ministry Opportunities connect seasoned leaders with those who are newer in ministry or navigating new seasons of leadership. These intentional relationships foster spiritual growth, accountability, and practical insight that only experience can provide.

Mentoring strengthens both the mentor and the mentee—and strengthens our conference as a whole.

Why Staying Connected Matters:

The strength of Cornerstone Conference IPHC is not found merely in programs, but in relationships and shared vision. By actively engaging with these resources, we:

  • Sharpen our spiritual and leadership effectiveness

  • Build meaningful ministry relationships

  • Stay aligned with conference vision and mission

  • Model lifelong growth for those we lead

We encourage every minister to explore these opportunities and remain actively connected to the life of our conference. You can learn more about each of these resources by visiting www.ccrdc.org

Let us continue to grow together, lead together, and fulfill the calling God has placed upon our lives—stronger, healthier, and more connected than ever.

We are praying and cheering for you!
